Job Purpose:
InfiMed Solutions is looking to add an LVN/LPN for a new role without power mobility department. We are looking for a qualified patient care advocate to join our team.
You will be responsible for consulting and educating our patient as well as facilities regarding the insurance requirements and paperwork process necessary for DME approval. You will provide guidance to patients on the various DME they qualify for based upon your conversation. Once the equipment selection has been predetermined you will then prepare and send a patient packet with additional guidance and educational material to the patient for them to bring to their doctor’s appointment. As a patient care advocate, you will also prepare and send a packet yo the patient’s doctor’s office, to educate them on the insurance requirements and process.
As a Patient Care Advocate, you will be communicating with patients and facilities across the nation so your communication skills must be excellent. To excel you must possess excellent organization and time management skills along with extreme attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Ultimately you should provide top-notch care and guidance to help patients and their doctors offices along their journey of receiving the medical equipment they need.

Responsibilities
- Be a true resource for our patients and facilities by establishing long lasting relationships.
- Effectively communicate via telephone conversations with our patients and gather required medical history data for our system.
- Provide excellent quality customer service
- Put the patient’s needs first and provide the necessary guidance to patient’s PCP/MD Office
- Prepare documents and transmit them to the necessary parties and provide required guidance

Requirements
- Physician or Nurse or Similar clinical certification
